There may be several reasons why you might not see your Driving Report data.
1. Your phone may not be compatible with Driving Report
Certain devices, especially older devices, may not provide motion data that we use in order to track your driving events. If you have a device that does not provide such data, we are not able to provide driving report data, since we cannot detect events.
2. Your app may not be up to date.
We always recommend that you keep your app updated to the latest version in order to get the most accurate location. In the case of Driving Report, your driving events may not be detected on an older version of the app.
3. [Android] Driving Report may be turned off on your device.
If you have an Android device, you have the option to turn Driving Report on or off. To check whether Driving Report is turned off on your device, please visit this page.
4. Driving Report data may not have been collected during that period.
If we did not detect a driving event during the period when your driving report data is missing, it won't be displayed on the app. This may be because you didn't drive in a vehicle during that time. If this is not the case and you're still missing Driving Report data, please let us know through the app (Menu - Contact Us).
