Here are a few reasons why your Referral Reward was not granted.
Your friend has not yet downloaded or signed up for iSharing.
A successful referral is completed when your friend downloads and signs up for iSharing via your referral link. Please check if they have completed these steps already.
Your friend has used iSharing before.
Referrals are only counted for unique new users. If your friend has downloaded iSharing to their device before or has signed up for iSharing in the past, they will not be counted as a referral.
You started a Premium Service trial or subscription.
Unfortunately, if you have started a trial or subscription to Premium Service, we cannot grant a Referral Reward due to the limitations of the app stores. Our sincerest apologies if this is the case.
