There may be several reasons why you might not see your Driving Report data.
1. Your phone may not be compatible with Driving Report
Certain devices, especially older devices, may not provide motion data that we use to track your driving events. If you have a device that does not provide such data, we are not able to provide driving report data, since we cannot detect events.
2. Your app may not be up to date.
We always recommend that you keep your app updated to the latest version to get the most accurate location. In the case of Driving Report, your driving events may not be detected on an older version of the app.
3. Driving Report data may not have been collected during that period.
If we do not detect a driving event during the period when your driving report data is missing, it won't be displayed on the app.
1. The user did not have an iSharing account on that date.
iSharing offers 90 days of location history, but the user must be logged into the app on the date for us to show the location history. If they did not have an account on the date, their location history will be empty.
2. The user was logged out or deleted the app.
The user needs to have the app actively running on the device on the date for us to display location history. If the user is logged out or deletes the app, you will see an icon with an explanation they lost connection to the app on the date.
3. The user had turned off their location permission.
Having location permissions turned off significantly impacts location accuracy. If the user has location settings that are impacting accuracy, you will see an icon with an explanation.
