Notification Feature Introduction
1. Place Alerts
Set a place (e.g., home, school) and get notifications when your loved ones arrive or leave.
- Set a 'Place' for each friend or group.
- You can receive departure and arrival notifications for each set location.
- Notifications can be turned off at any time without deleting the location.
- You can check the history of received location notifications in the inbox.
2. Nearby Alerts
Set the 'zone' by specifying the distance around you. Your friend will send a notification to you whenever they leave your 'zone'.
It's useful for preventing missing children in complex areas
3. SOS Panic Alert
In the event of an emergency, pressing the 'SOS' button on the main screen will send a notification to your family for help.
4. Drive Alerts
When a friend who is added to the iSharing account finishes driving, the app detects it and sends an alert.
- The driving alerts include the following information:
- The friend who drove and the time they finished driving
- The driving distance
- The highest speed while driving
- You will receive driving notifications even if you don't drive
5. Battery Alerts
When you set up the battery alerts, you can receive them when your friend's battery is low.
- The battery alert is sent when the phone battery is less than 20%.
- Depending on the model of the phone and your internet connect, the percentage of the alerts sent may vary.
- If your friend's phone is an Android device, you can receive an additional Power Alerts.
6. Inactivity Alerts
By enabling inactivity alert, you can receive alerts when your friend has not used their phone for a long time.
This feature was created with the elderly in mind.
Location/History Feature Introduction
1. Location History
You can view your and your friend's location history for up to 90 days. Check route and address for detail.
- If you've joined iSharing for more than 90 days, the location history from 90 days ago to today will be shown.
- If you signed up for iSharing less than 90 days, your location history from the date you signed up to today will be shown.
- If the settings affect the location accuracy at that time, additional status indicators and descriptions are displayed.
2. Driving Report
The events that happen while your friend is driving is recorded. Check your safe driving habits with graphs and routes.
- The driving distance, number of drives, and maximum speed are recorded.
- It detects the following hazard events while driving.
- A speeding section
- Using your phone while driving (holding your phone directly)
- A sudden stop
- A sudden acceleration
- You can see your driving habits on a weekly and daily driving report.
- Driving can be recorded even if you don't drive, but it can be excluded from the record in passenger mode from the daily driving report screen.
3. Street View
If you would like to check out your surroundings from your friend's location, you can see the actual photos through Street View.
- Depending on your friend's location, the Street View may look like a button or a preview photo.
