Depending on the model, your device may automatically turn on low power mode if your battery is lower than 20%. This means that regardless of whether you set low power mode or your device turned it on automatically, iSharing may display that low power mode is turned on.
If you have an iPhone...
Traditionally, low power mode (or power saving mode) lowered the accuracy of how your location is recorded on iSharing's servers. However, with recent updates, iSharing is able to maintain a similar location accuracy even when low power mode is enabled.
If you have an Android...
On certain Android devices, iSharing may not be able to run in the background when low-power mode is enabled. If this is the case, your location may not be updated and the accuracy will be significantly lowered. Please check that low power mode has been disabled on your device.
Please also make sure that iSharing is excluded from Battery Optimization. If Battery Optimization is turned on an Android device, the user's location will not update and they might appear to be stuck in the same location until they open the app.
