If you encounter an issue during the friend-adding process, please remove each other and try adding again.
How to remove a friend:
- Menu
- Privacy & Friends
- Select the friend with the issue
- Remove Friend
How to re-add the friend:
- On the main screen, tap the ‘+’ button next to the friend list
- Find the friend you removed
- Send a new friend request
- Once your friend accepts, the friend will be added successfully
