If you're having difficulty subscribing to Premium Service on an iPhone, check the list below to see which case applies to you.
If you're seeing the message, "There is already another active subscriber using the same receipt"
Please try to restore your purchase by the process below:
- Open iSharing
- Select Menu (Top Left)
- Select Settings
- Press "Restore purchase"
If you're seeing an error message that is related to your payment method, you will have to change your payment method through your Apple ID. You can do so like the following:
- Open Settings on your phone
- Select your name
- Select "Payment & Shipping"
- Add or edit your payment method by following the instructions.
