I changed my device and I need to restore my Premium subscription.

Changes between Android and iOS 

If you change between iPhone and Android devices, You need to cancel your automatic payment for your existing mobile phone in the payment-related store (for example, App Store / Google Play). please click the below to cancel the subscription.

Changes between the same OS platform

If it is a change between the same device, just use the same app store account with your previous device. please check the following.

  1. Google Play Store (or App Store)> Make sure you're signed in with the account you purchased the Premium service
  2. Verify that your payment was successful
    •  [iOS] Settings > Your name > SUBSCRIPTIONS > "iSharing" > Check if iSharing is subscribed
    •  [Android] Play Store > menu(top left)  > Subscriptions > Check if iSharing is subscribed
  3. iSharing > Menu> Settings> Restore
