A refund is only available if you made an in-app purchase within 24 hours. A request made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- If you made a purchase at Apple AppStore, please contact Apple directly for a refund. Please refer to the link below for the refund process:
- If you made a purchase at Google PlayStore and purchased within 24 hours, please send us our Customer Support team an email through the app. (Menu - Contact Us). Our team will review your request and issue a refund.
- If you made a purchase on the Web App and purchased within 24 hours, please leave us a refund request here. Our team will review your request and issue a refund.
