You can cancel your subscription at anytime with the below procedure.
iOS
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap iSharing.
- Tap Cancel.

Android
- Play Store > menu(top left) > Subscriptions > iSharing > Cancel subscription
- Please click the link for the detail: Google Customer Support
Web
This method is available for users who have subscribed to Premium Service through the Web App.
- Open the Web App.
- Select "Subscriptions" at the bottom.
- Click Manage Your Subscription
- Click Cancel Plan
