Please first check that your account is subscribed to the premium service. You can check by the following:
- Google Play Store (or App Store)> Make sure you're signed in with the account you purchased the Premium service
- Verify that your payment was successful
- [iOS] Settings> iTunes and App Store> Apple ID> View Apple ID> Subscriptions> Manage> Check if iSharing is subscribed
- [Android] Play Store > menu(top left) > Subscriptions > Check if iSharing is subscribed
Once your subscription is confirmed, please restore your premium subscription in the iSharing app, like so:
- iSharing > Menu> Settings> Restore
